The LifeReferrals 24/7 program is a confidential program that can help you and your family successfully deal with life's challenges. LifeReferrals 24/7 program services include counseling, child and elder care resource and referral, and legal/financial services. LifeReferrals 24/7 program services are available to you at no cost, as your employer has prepaid these services. You have up to three counseling sessions available to you in any six month period. The LifeReferrals 24/7 program can help with things like stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, job or work stress, parenting, alcohol and drugs, legal issues, and financial concerns and dependent care issues.
Who is Eligible?
- Student: Dependent children attending school
- Household Members: Those residing in the eligible member’s or eligible retiree’s home.
- Employee/Member: A person actively employed or on short- term disability.
- Employee/Member's Spouse: Legally married spouse of an active employee/member
- Dependent Children: Children who are dependents of the member.
- Disabled Employee: Members who are on disability as defined by the employer/sponsor. Other designated eligible individuals such as spouses or dependent children associated with the member on disability are also eligible.
- Domestic Partner: Domestic partner who resides in the home of an employee/member
